Mark Jennings is the Chief Financial Officer at Starboard Realty Advisors, LLC. With a focus on overseeing the Sponsor’s accounting functions and supporting finance operations, he plays a vital role in ensuring financial excellence within the company. Mr. Jennings began his career in public accounting, specializing in auditing and assurance services, primarily for financial institutions. His journey eventually led him to the captivating world of commercial real estate accounting and finance, where he has dedicated over six years, honing his expertise.

With a rich professional background, Mr. Jennings has contributed significantly to renowned firms such as Clifton Larson Allen LLP, Landsea Homes Corporation, Smartstop Storage Advisors, LLC, and Versity Investments, LLC. His extensive experience spans various domains, including public and private company audits, mergers and acquisitions, debt financing structures, and real estate operations in diverse structures such as REITs, Delaware statutory trusts, private offerings, joint ventures, and private ownership. Academically, Mr. Jennings holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, as well as a Master’s in Accountancy from the esteemed Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He is a certified public accountant, licensed by the California Board of Accountancy.
